Yay, it's down! But now with Halloween here, I'm a goner! I love chocolate too much to stay away! I'll just have to work out extra hard. Good luck everyone!
uuuurrrrgghh another gain. Halloween is not good to many treats around. My goal is all candy will be out and a way from my house by monday so I can get back on track.
lonni- 141 My goal is to stay away from the sugar this weekend! My problem is if I eat 1 candy I have to eat all the candy. I can't just have 1. It stinks. I've got to learn self control!
Are we weighing in on Thursdays again, or Fridays? I was going to post yesterday but didn't see anything. So here's my weigh in's for both days...use whichever is right. Thur.-162.8 Fri.-162.2
