I can't remember what my starting weight was. Maybe 163? I haven't lost too much weight, but I am going down. That is all that matters! I did really good with my eating this week. Only one free day, on Labor day, where I ate junk food. I am getting my fruits/veggies, and drinking lots of water. Yay me!! I'm just going to keep doing what I've been doing.

Do you mean when we post results? And would like to see the actual weight for this weeks weigh in too? Or just the start weigh and pounds lost?

I guess I'm going to have to keep trying really hard to get the weight to inch down. I feel great about how good I'm doing! I'm sure working out is making a big difference (since I've never really done that before). I'm not working out today or tomorrow, so my goal is to work out really good all the other days of the week, even Saturday!! I've been drinking the minimum water but am going to try to up it since all you guys keep talking about it.

This past weekend was my first out-of-town trip since doing skinny jeans. (this round and last.) It was not that easy...I got a little lazy and ate too much (again). I am going to have to work extra hard this week.

Okay...the vacation was a blast and I think it was what I needed. I did gain again but I am more modivated this week.And at least it was only a pound! Hope this week goes better!

So I have been on vacation since the first weigh in and got home on Tuesday and so this weigh in will be the first one for me. I wish I could say that I lost weight on vacation but that would be quite a stretch. My starting weight is 166. I will only go down from here.

Didn't lose any this week! Had a wedding and after that just had too much fun with food. I will do better this coming week.

Just like what Heidi did. When I did my last BL contest she posted the weight each week so we could see it go down as well as percentage. You so don't have to do that, it's just fun to see. So, without further ado...

Wahoo! I'm down. FINALLY! I did the no caffine for several days as well as no sugar. I think that was the push my body needed. I've been stuck at 146 for about a month now. I'm glad to see a change! I'm excited for another week. Wedding in 2 weeks. Can I do it. 8 pounds? I don't know. I'd be happy with 5 though!
