I totally thought it would be more, since I was bad with the miniature candy bars. =) Time to get back on track. I'm glad I have this place to be accountable to.

158!! Woohoo! I have to admit that I've been eating Halloween candy. However, with so much of it in the house, I don't crave it. I eat some for dessert but I CAN stop myself. I've also been adding extra walks each day with my kids to burn the extra calories.

My goal for the Holiday Season is to get below 155 and not go above it. Come January I won't need a New Year's Resolution!

162- I'm mad at myself! No, it wasn't the halloween candy, it was the 2 batches of cookies I made! I was at 161 early in the week and I know that if I had just laid of the cookies I could have made it into the 50's! Well, next week I will for sure, no more cookies! At least I didn't gain I guess.

I like Liesl's idea for getting below a certain weight before the holidays and not getting above it...that will be my goal too. :)

Halloween candy is evil...
I like Liesl idea too. I think I'm going to try to get to 136 by Thanksgiving and stay below that until the New Year and then shoot for a lower weight! Baby steps!

I TOTALLY should have rejoined the group! I lost 2 lbs this week! It wasn't because I was good though, it was because of hormones. And let me tell you, I was so glad to find that the weight I had gained was because of hormones, otherwise that would have been a really fast pant size change upward.

Anyway, I like your mindsets. For those of you who didn't do this with us last year during the holidays it is an awesome time to do it! For a lot of us, it was so helpful to be accountable. While a lot of people were able to maintain their weight, there was quite a few of us who were able to continue losing. Once you get the right mindset, you start losing even though you're only trying to maintain. So I like your outlooks, and good luck! You can all do this!
