Ok so the last few weeks I have been trusting my scale and been very frustrated with myself. It should have been the other way around. Something is awry with my scale and I've been continually losing weight but didn't know it. Yay!!!! So this is my current weight. It probably shouldn't count in the weekly totals though because I don't really know what my weight was the last few weeks. However you figure it, I don't care. All I know is that I'm one pound away from my goal that I set 6 months ago. I'm flyin' hi today!
Still under 160, so I consider that a plus! But I definately need to eat better this week. Why does it have to be conference weekend? I know I won't eat good on Sunday! I already bought the peanut M&M's (for the kids, ya right!!)
I totally agree with the conference thing! My visiting teacher made me cookie dough and named it Conference cookies, I just smiled and waved! Hello...Doesn't everyone know I am on a diet, maybe we should wear signs!!! LOL

765, I've really been watching my food lately and it really is helping! I've cut out treats to only a couple a week, so that is a major step and has definitely made a huge difference!

Dang Disneyland and my lack of self control! Could have done better, but I could have done worse too. Since I've been back I've had a hard time getting back into the swing of things. So far, I've worked out 3 times this week. Does going to the lake count, cuz if it does then I guess I hit 5 WO's. Anyways, so embarressed, but here it is... 142.6 That's a gain. UGH! But next week will be HARD CORE!
